HOW DO I EXCHANGE IF IT DOES NOT FIT
EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS (PRODUCTS MUST BE UNWASHED & IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU HAVE RECEIVED THEM)

Please email us with your order number, the option you would like to opt for and the replacement items/size, in order for the process to be completed soonest
Option A
You can return the products via your own courier to 3 Schreiner Str. Parkrand Boksburg 1459. Once we received the returned products we will advise once the new selected products are ready for collection for your courier to collect the items from us.
Option B
We can book Couriers on your behalf & request quotations - We will then advise what the cost will be in order for you to accept
(Please note that the courier does not pick up and deliver items at the same time and therefore 2 trips will be booked for the exchange - One for the collection & once we have received the returned items, a new trip will be booked for delivery of the new items)
Option C
Products can be exchanged in Boksburg:
3 Schreiner Street
Parkrand
Parkrand Village
Boksburg
Monday to Thursday 9AM to 3PM
Friday 9AM to 3PM
(This must be arranged beforehand via email)
Option D
Should you not like the fit of the T Shirt / Product you can return the product to us at your cost and we will refund you the purchase price of the T Shirts (Value of products but excluding delivery costs incurred by us) - If you received a FREE delivery option you will be refunded for the T-Shirts less the delivery fee we incurred (R99) - (Items must be unwashed and in the same original condition when received)
Option E
Should you want to exchange and place another order via our website, we can send the exchange requested items together in your new order. We will still have to book a courier to collect the items from you & there will be a cost of R99 for the collection of the items you are returning (We have to book 2 different trips and the courier does not collect and deliver at the same time)
